By no definition can a childs toy car ever be considered to be a motor vehicle!

As it is not a motor vehicle, the operator cannot be considered to have been drunk whilst driving it.

This was disgusting and pathetic in equal measure, shame on this uniformed abuser!

I was driving from Fort Myers Florida to Tampa last December. There was an older man on a BICYCLE on I-75 near Sarasota. 🤷‍♀️😂
