In a way, you are still kind of living in your bubble, which you could really do anywhere. Staying in Siargao is like a holiday that never ends, which is definitely the biggest dream for everyone. That's why digital nomads have the most ideal setup. You can definitely integrate more into your community to really make it feel like home, but it depends on the lifestyle you want to live long term. 😊

I envy your life. Even though it would come with its cons, there are more pros. I am from Canada and some days I look around at people and see we are like robots living such a fast-paced, stressful life. Watching you eat fresh foods, exercise daily, and raise your daughter the way you do is worth way more than all the money people are trying to make so they can have things. Way to go for doing something different and not conforming to what society dictates.
