Electric Oven Has No Power

Question, I just installed a brand new double oven. It’s not turning on. I’m getting juice to each hot lead if I pull them off the busbar. When installed, it’s showing 240v on red and 0 on black instead of 120v on each. Any ideas what’s going on?

FYI, the red wire is L2 the black is L1 and the white is neutral, the green is ground.

I really hate those stove I have been repaired so many of those same issue. And the other issue is the front board get burn soon is they spill liquid on it.

Mine popped then no power breaker wasn't tripped turn off what could be problem?
I have this model no traditional fuse that I can find nothing is charged

Where can I find the replacement wire with the ring terminal attached to it?

Hi Dave, my red wire nut was a little loose too…and not only was the wire charred, but a good chunk of the terminal block near the red wire was nearly melted off. Suit marks on the inner panel covering too. Do you have any idea if the red wire nut gets loose on its own? Why would things be fine for years and then this happens? and was the heat from current going through the plastic to the neutral wire? Why was our oven still working fine with no error codes? (except for white smoke from burning plastic). Control board looked fine.

So, the display panel on my oven doesn't light up so nothing can be set and it's making a continuous tonal sound. Prior to that the oven door could not be opened so we assumed it was somehow going through a self-cleaning cycle. Any recommendations?

Hey man I got wee510s0fs2 believe it's same model oven. At night it started to randomly beep. I woke up moved the oven, unplugged it and then plugged it back in in the morning thinking it will be reset. It still beeps and now showing F2 and F6 error codes. What do you think is wrong?
