One of my favorite episodes for Drain the Oceans. The way they bring the shipwrecks into the light, despite being computer, it’s still amazing.

You should feature more US Civil War river fights. There were lots of interesting tech involved. The only problems=strong currents & traffic, if I’m right.

I think Monitors greatest challenge was not the battle it didn't sink her. I think it was the storm that put her on the bottom.

I lived in Norfolk Virginia in 74 and seen them bring the Monitor thru or it could have been the Monitor..I was in the hospital there.i was only 16 and I didn't know much about the history but it was a awesome sight

The first modern war was the Crimean war a decade earlier. It featured pretty much all the advances often claimed to have been first used during the US Civil War.

Those ships are not to be disturbed, they are graves and must be respected, no matter which side they fought for, they where all Americans!

Wrong! The Virginia’s hull was not completely metal. The Monitor did ram the Virginia but it didn’t result in damage.

Is there anyone here who has a photo of the USS Marblehead in the Philippines in 1927-1928? Helping a friend trace his grandfather's voyage

Please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ENABLE AUTO GENERATED SUBTITLES!!! These pre written ones are all over the screen, badly timed and always wrong!
