Are these fizz-saving gadgets any good? Do they actually work? I saw a few channels testing them out so I decided to see for myself.

Honestly, if I open a can I have to finish it. That's just the way that it is.

It's impossible to keep the gas inside the beverage once it's open.
The moment you pop that can, you create a difference in pressure that frees the gas from the liquid.

The first mechanism can actually recreate some pressure, but it won't be the same.

And the can with the closing lid will only kept the gas inside the can, but it will eventually fade in a few hours, since it's not a perfect seal

Easy tip put something solid yet semi soft on the bottom on top of your can. I got coasters with cork type stuff on the bottom that I use.

I loved the design of the Mountain Dew Game Fuel closable cans. I wish they kept it because that was actually useful. Sure, the soda went flat over time, but it was still good!

Pumping air into the can like that won't stop it from losing its fizz because the carbon dioxide will keep escaping from the drink until the partial pressure of co2 is balanced between the liquid and air above. Even if you pump regular air in, you won't stop that from happening since all that matters is the co2 balance; what happens instead is that you increase the pressure due to the extra air, then it increases further as the co2 reaches equilibrium - hence the cap flying off.
