Oh my gosh! Botch remembered the time when he was cooking up the turkey, he didn't realize the seasoning was a poison, which led to Lax vomit on the turkey. Numpty was using a lighter at the table and accidentally hit his head on fire and cause the scene to be chaotic.

Lesson: Never put food poisoning on your baked goods, which causes you friends vomit so bad and don't ever use lighters at the table, which can cause the dining table to be on fire.
