This combination is interesting to me! I wonder what the monthly cost looks like when trying to pay off the chunk on the line of credit, while at the same time paying the insurance premium and paying back the cash value loan with interest??

I like this but I am wondering, if you have that line of credit and that insurance policy cash value already available, wouldn't you just take that money to reduce your mortgage at the very beginning ? Instead of getting a 200K $ mortgage, you would sign for a 180K one ?
