Jim,  this new 360L feature with the 2019 RAM is great! IF IT ONLY WORKED!! this system has had flaws that are crashing owners radios. This has been an issue that has been going on for a year or so now. No one will give you any explanation, nor time frame of when this  radio will work as we paid for it to work! a $60, 000 + vehicle, you would at least think they would make sure the radio worked. Thousands of disgruntled owners. No solutions.When do you plan on getting this issue fixed?
