Delta DPS-250AB-22 E Power Supply

i got this from grateful42 and here's just a look at the inside of it. i don't know what machine this was out of, but it is a fairly new PSU.

That green part is not actually a MOV it's an NTC used for inrush current limiting (It starts out at a high resistance which lowers as it heats up).

I believe I have the exact same one mine's from 2008 also I'm new to all these but I'm intrigued by him I'm curious what the different black little inserts on the wires like the one says PA then it has like the yellow wire black wire red wire black wire another one is you know PD has the same colored wires going through it then same wire has it goes to it PE then the different different wires at the end different plugs I should say I guess that's what they're called what are they all used for and what's the amperage going out of each different wire or is there a way I can find that out I turn them into like able to run fans in my hot garage or something I use them as a power supply for other random stuff not another motherboard or anything like that but I got a little

@uxwbill it seems like it would do well in a low power situation. i think it came out of an Acer machine, but i'm not totally sure. it actually ran a dual-core system when it was in use before.

Do you know whats the problem with my SFX PSU, it's Delta "DPS250AB-62AA". There is no power, no on 12V rail or 5V rail.. shows just zero and fan is not spinning when shorting green and black. I think it's busted but one thing, is there somekind of fuse inside?

I accidentally switched from 230 v to 115 v when the input voltage was 220 v and something popped very loudly in it.
Can someone tell me what is it, I cant locate the fault..
