Ah when you see another Saab on the road it’s kind of uplifting that the brand is still alive .. but sometimes some Saab guys are a little nuts and my mother and her Saab always tells me she gets some Saab guys taking photos while driving and saying nice car .XD

I have had many great cars in my life. I'm 68. There are cars and then there are cars that posess class. All of the Saab 9-3's fall into that category. Once you drive one a while and watch other people's reaction to them, you know you have something special. If I had a turbo x I would not take it to the track or abuse it. I would take care of it. These cars are at the pinacle of auto engineering for the price. Like I said before, you're addicted and for exilerating reasons.

The turbo they used on these engines is also a twin scroll turbo which really helps reducing the turbo lag alot and keeps the power in the higher range.

Nice! I got my Turbo-X last year here in Alaska for 11k with 51k miles. Perfect car for winter.

Owner of a 45K mile Turbo X. Only problem is it pulls to the right a bit
Rest of it is functioning very well. 25.0 Average MPG though. Much of it is highway, but not all of it.
I'll have to admit, this AWD system is absolutely excellent, honestly it really does feel much more planted!
Also the Turbo X has a greater RWD bias to the rear over the XWD Non Turbo X.

Another great video! Of course, as someone with a TX, I understand that it's very difficult to get the point across with a video lol. I can relate to that brake test too. I know some people prefer older, pre-GM Saab, but I consider the TX to be pretty much the epitome of modern Saab, right up with the 9-5NG & 9-4x.

I'd love one of those. I had a 2005 Arc with the 5 speed, and it was a fun little car. I'd like to get another one eventually with the V6, preferably a Turbo X!
And many will disagree (for some odd reason), but I think the 9-5 Aero has the absolute best seats ever! I had a 2004 and I loved that car. Volvos are known for great seats, but I prefer the 9-5 Aero seats to any of my Volvos.
