Honestly saying, the Evo 3 is my favorite car of all time, and I would really love to own one.

Problem is, my country doesn't allow RHD cars to be registered, the amount of 180SX's and RX7's I've seen converted to LHD aren't much.

I'd actually prefer to convert a standard Lancer into an Evo, but if I had the opportunity, I would convert a Liberio CD9A wagon of the same model year (I have a thing for wagons, K?).
