Decided to ask myself this fall, which restaurant has the BEST pumpkin spice latte? Well I aim to find out!!

You weren’t missing anything by skipping McDonald’s. Their pumpkin spice lattes are borderline undrinkably acrid. You should try the Scooters, Sweetwaters, Summer Moon and Armor Coffee Co ones next autumn if you have them in your area. They all have some pretty good seasonal coffee.

I’m not big on pumpkin spice flavored coffees, but as a barista in a tiny charity coffee shop, I have to learn the ins and outs of them and the other shops in the area so that ours were worth the 30 second walk from the clinic nearby instead of just waiting for Starbucks.

If I had to pick a favorite, it’s still Starbucks, with the real pumpkin sauce and the frothy milk, an extra hot PSL always hit the first time might not be enjoyable, but you grew up with that, and get why the Starbucks PSL transcends the genre of the start of fall.
