I'd be interested to see a composition test of the end product. Of course it would depend on what is put in there, but I've heard mixed things about whether there is still plant-available nutrition in the end product. Even if not, you are reducing waste if you would normally be throwing that stuff away.

I'm impressed. Is there a Q & A if compost can be made during winter months and stored? Game changer for many. Here is a thought. Comfrey leaves are a compost activator and accelerator. Chickens love it according people that raise them. Look up health beni for piggy? Something to think about when white tablets run out. Thanks for sharing and letting me share.

It doesn't compost, it dehydrates the material for you. Not that that is a bad thing for throwing on top of your garden. But you could just grind up your food scraps instead and throw that on top.
