My mother used redirection on me all the time when I was being difficult as a toddler. She knew I can't multitask so if was being stubborn (pretty common) she would tell me what we're having for dinner or ask me a question about Sesame Street and boom, I'm a happy little lamb again. :)

4:40 wow! I'm no therapist, doc etc...but I did the same with my not traumatized son (now 13). Explaining everything to him Now he is open, careing, , loving and a general further thinking person - when he's not in his teeny mood😉

im not a therapist but heres a weird fact: our brains cant create new faces so when you dream and there is a face youve most likely seen that face before and if it is a "new" face its composed of other features youve seen on other people before

I didn't know this was a recent video til I looked at the likes/views and 1 comment and was wondering why it didn't do better. Then I looked at the upload time.

Sales go up because things like coke or ectasy for example, if someone overdoses, that means the person that sold it either has bad stuff or something really really really good. 🤷‍♀️ Don't judge, it was before I became a mom

I still don't get how the conditioning and breaking rituals leads to overdoses. I believe it is badly explained here.

Like, why is there a different physiological response to the same amount of substance? Why would your resistance or receptors only work together with the correct ritual?
