I never had a favorite band until Awolnation strolled into my heart. Sep 2011 at the Jimmy Kimmel show. They only played 2 songs but I fell forever. Aaron was wearing a labcoat if I remember correctly.

I'm getting up there (50s), and I find myself arguing with my peers about the merits of today's music. They almost reflexively, as if out of some misguided sense of obligation, think it sucks, that it ain't what it used to be (as if no Gen-X music sucked). I wholeheartedly disagree. AWOLNATION is one of my go-to rebuttals. Awesome song.

Loving the album. But who am I kidding, I have loved them all. Still the only artist that has made more than 1 album where I have truly loved them all. Here come the runts took some time to grow on me, but I truly do love it as well.
