How to select a range with chainage.

Example

Work done as follows
0+100 - 0+250,
0+500 - 1+000
1+250 - 1+800
2+300 - 2+900
Different ranges like this
Now we have to select all this work done with range from . (0+000 - 5+000) (5+000 - 10+000)

Please help me in this regard, i am doing this with filters right now but its too much time taking and I have to separate job wise.
