Guys, my husband and I have been realtors for over 25 years. When there's a lien on a property, the title company would reach out to the buyer and to the Rzuceks and they would come to an agreement prior to closing. Say for example that there's a balance due on the home loan of $350, 000. Then let's say the house is worth $750, 000. There would be a profit of about $350, 000 after the Realtors are paid and the title companies fees are taken out. That $350, 000 profit would go towards the Six Million Dollar lien and would be paid to the Rzuceks. The house would then close escrow, and the new buyers would take ownership and possession of the property. There is no reason whatsoever this home cannot be sold.

I don’t understand how the house could still be in CW name if no payments to mortgage were made in four years. Just like everyone who doesn’t pay there mortgage it goes into foreclosure. Who is paying the taxes?

Tell them no one died in the house & maybe it would sell! Btw HOA water the bloomin grass & make it look nicer! If Chris was in charge of picking out outside trim he did a bad job! It’s fake wood can’t recall term but it’s yellowish brown & brown then a burgundy door - 😳😳😳😳 soz I hope there were better options but if sold of cheaply enough you could re decorate to make a beautiful home- but will anyone buy? Then $6 M lien by Rzuceks? What’s nerve- how will they ever achieve that from home? Methinks they’re doing just fine atm 🤔

Please advise, as the house is in fore closure due to lack of payments on the mortgage, it would revert to the lender..? Surely it’s not still in CW’s name and would not be a part of any law suit as it no longer belongs to him. ?

In my opinion CW is a chameleon! I don't think he is capable of 'feeling'. He has watched 'others' and learnt 'acceptable behaviour'. Meeting NK brought out feelings he had never experienced before (very powerful) although it was lust not love. The cincher was when SW left for 6 weeks and he had freedom. I felt his interaction with his kids was very false and didn't show true love for them but he just acted as he felt was socially acceptable. Kids are very intuitive and I feel they 'knew' this. I feel he acted totally alone and killed his whole family on his own with no help from others. ONE MORE COMMENT IF I MAY. The reason the sheet was found in the field. I believe he buried her in it then REMEMBERED THE RING. He was pushed for time and quickly retrieved the wrapped body to recover the ring then discarded the sheet. I believe this is why he had the ring when he came back home and pretended to find it on the night stand. My opinion only. It is a very sad scenario.
