Hello,
7.5 hours ago, I jumped up from my sleep because I had an excruciating headache. My head was Throbbing, due to high blood pressure. I knew I had to get it down, so I googled "soothing music for high blood pressure" and stumbled across this via another video. I plugged my ear phones in and took s few deep breaths and that is all I can remember from there. I wake up, look at the screen, music still playing, and I realize it's now 7.5 hours later and I feel so much better. The best sleep of my life! Where did my headache go? Headache who? Oh I forgot that Mr. Headache came to visit me....lol. Needless to say, this is best relaxing video that I've heard this far. I didn't think that music would really help, but I gave it a try, and again that was 7.5 hours ago and I feel great right now. I didn't even realize that I sleep that long...lol. oh well, back to my headphones so that I can finish listening to the music.
