I can't get over how goofy the running sound is in this, I'm glad it got changed in the final game

this looks incredible!! The only think i’d say needs some tuning is the sound design it kinda clashes with the music, but other than that this looks amazing so far 💖💖💖

I few interesting things to note here...
1:The old sounds are being used, some even a bit updated (I still prefer them over the newer ones)
2:The wall running sprites are just the mach 2 sprites rotated
3:You reach mach 4 a bit slower (From what I can see)
4:The knight Peppino face appears even before getting shocked by lightning

Pretty interesting seeing the SAGE 2019 demo before it was finished

this game was made for speedrunning. the animation looks fucking crazy and the music is shreddy and wild. this game is amazing.

Wow, the game is really improving that fast huh? (plus I really like that there is now more Peppino hud animations (the knight transformation + lightning strike, the rolling animation, mach 4 if you slow the video down just right at 0:07 and getting to Combo x3 with Peppino being all happily pleased for what he has done))

Alright, a few questions;
1. Why is Peppino blue now?
2. What triggers that bouncing smirk in the top left corner? Is it reaching max speed? A combo?

Tbh I like this drum sound when he runs, it’s just that it’s very empowering compared to the music. Good thing it’s fixed though
