I Did everything and it doesn’t work, It says "Can’t move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can’t be redirected. Access is denied."

Whenever I press restore default and apply it just says "Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. Access is denied." Even though there is no folder there.

If there is someone who cant see the location tab in properties just pin documents to quick access it will change the directory.
