Researchers in Singapore are aiming to bring down the rate of blindness caused by glaucoma in the next decade. A new S$25 million five-year research programme is also looking to improve the quality of life for seniors. CNA spoke to Professor Tina Wong, Head of the Glaucoma Department at the Singapore National Eye Centre and Director of Clinical Translational Research at the Singapore Eye Research Institute.
