Future of Disney MCU

The MCU is picking mostly lower tier/unproven talent for their long term Young Avenger plans. I'm not saying they're not talented actors, only that they picked more established stars for most of their big roles for the original Avengers, Tom Holland notwithstanding. They need more talent that can carry a big budget film by his or her self to pull off the ideal team combo again. Do you agree? Comment your thoughts on Agatha All Along too.
