New poll shows 54% of Americans back mass deportations

Former President Donald Trump has pledged to start mass deportations of undocumented immigrants if elected to another term, and a new Scripps News-Ipsos poll reveals that more than 54% of Americans support the move. It’s interesting that people have an opinion on Mass Deportation. Historically; for DECADES illegal migrants have crossing the border. It’s not something NEW! However, many migrants came to the USA with Work Visa’s to do the work no one else wanted to do… after the Visa’s expired they stayed and started a better life in the USA. Then you have the illegal migrants that enter the USA and travel to sanctuary cities. The Illegal Migrant Issue/Problem (whatever it’s called) is not new. It is an ongoing issue that has been going on for DECADES… If anyone does the research; the statistics are available. Now, during this period both Republican and Democrat President’s have served in office. The people of the USA have voted democratically for their candidates of choice; President, Senator’s, Representative’s to hold office in Congress, and yet not 1 single person or person’s has had the ability to redact - A Comprehensive immigration Reform Policy (Bill, Act, whatever you want to call it) to address this issue.. However, election time comes around and all of a sudden “Illegal Immigration” becomes a HOT topic and everyone from both sides of the aisle is giving an opinion, accusing the other side, and making this a central them for campaigning! Well in my personal opinion both parties are culpable for this issue/problem (whatever you want to call it) and have failed the American people miserably! I believe in any country where you are not a citizen and you want to make your home of residence YOU MUST follow due process. And as far as Sanctuary cities are concerned; stop providing funding and resources to these cities that harbor illegal immigrant. And the American people must STOP placing the blame and burden on these people; because WE THE PEOPLE of the USA have enabled their presence in this country!

Just goes to show how ill informed people are. Border control is a huge issue. People are conflating that with deportation. This is a migrant country, and birthrates are going down. Never had I heard a solution to the massive worker shortage that would destroy our economy and cause empty grocery store shelves, and nobody taking care of elderly, children and disabled.
