In this short video, we’re going to talk about ovarian cysts and fibrocystic breasts. 

A cyst is a fluid-filled sac. There are two main reasons why women get cysts on their breasts, uterus, ovaries, and other places. 

1. Estrogen dominance 
• Estrogen makes things get bigger 

2. Iodine deficiency 
• Iodine counters estrogen

It is really difficult to get iodine in the diet. Unless you’re consuming a lot of seafood or seaweed, you’re probably deficient in iodine. Most of the iodine in the body is stored in the thyroid. But, it’s also stored in the ovaries, uterus, and breast. Iodine is very important for the female reproductive organs.

Estrogen dominance can cause a cyst to grow during ovulation or menstruation. Sea kelp can help provide more iodine as well as balance estrogen levels.

I had a 6.9 cm ovarian cysts. I was in so much pain and my doctor recommended surgery to remove it. I didn’t want to go that route. I found this video and ordered Dr.Bergs Sea Kelp. It is a miracle that I found this video I have been dealing with so much pain from a cyst for years and only recently has it gotten worst. I am thinking of deworming at this point. I currently am at the stage where the doctor 's office made me wait two weeks before getting a biopsy despite telling them how much pain I am in, schedule for the 24th. I've had a biopsy before but I also wasn't in too much pain back then. I am so concern about moving forward with the biopsy.
