I'm not a welder. I'm a farmer who has to weld shit sometimes (and hobby stuff, too). I've been in Round House for a while. My understanding is they grow and spin their own cotton, dye it all, then make their stuff in the USA. It's surprisingly affordable. Especially if you're like me and buy their seconds/irregulars. The pair of overalls I've been wearing in the field for the last year was $29. Seconds jeans are about there too. Still haven't found the defect. Shipping does take a bit on some stuff, though. Hidden gem, in my opinion.

U.S.Steel equips, Riggers Welders, Mechanics& almost everyone else with FRs. To keep contaminants from going home, cleans them too for your safety.

I grew up poor.. I grew up knowing how to respect every thing I had. And still to this day as a pipe welder I still ain't better than anything or anyone and I will wear what protects my legs and what my ass fits in period. Ain't gonna lie kinda lost a little respect with that comment

You should try the Duluth firehose pants iv had slang and tig wires dropped on them and it just stripped the color out if it was jean I probably would have gotten burned

My first time welding, I welded in shorts! Never got burnt or anything. The teacher came in and said that if I didn’t get burnt he’d pay me $20. Walked in 2 days after and it was sitting on the desk!

Rural king jeans are great for the price. I have a mix of Ariat Rebar, Carhartt and Ridgecuts now. If youre lucky, stores like Cavenders and horsecreek will put those on clearance, youll get like 40% off.

I wear sonomas almost religiously, tried out Levi’s too many times, ripped 5 pairs within the first week of work in Levi’s

Wear 100 percent cotton. Any synthetic like polyester blend will burn even grinder sparks will set it on fire. Calvin Klein underwear can be 100 percent cotton. My husband wears Wrangler jeans but they don't last long.

I'm a farmer I went and bought a pair of horse shoeing chaps they are very easy to move in and the leather saves your jeans and very lightweight works great in the shop or onsite welding
