A thumb of skin is best, so between 1 and 3. But it also depends a bit on the ankle showing. Yours are perfectly fine for look 1. Jeans 2 is too wide for showing ankle. Better go full wide leg (30cm opening) all the way down to the top of the heel. Look 3 is OKish, but rather boring. So 1 is the best here, but it would improve with a slightly narrower leg and 2-3 cm extra length.
