How many seeds can we get from 3 mammoth sunflowers heads

I got my sunflowers dried so time to save seeds. some for me to replant and some for the birds for winter, this is my first year growing them this big.

At first I thought you were going to have a contest just for fun of guessing the number of seeds😂 Sunflowers are so pretty.

Good morning Rusty. It is really windy here as well. You got a lot of seeds. The grow sunflowers industrial here in our county kinda like how my son farms almonds but they use these sunflowers here to make sunflower oil, do you salt and roast these to eat?? Have a great week.
