Eastern Ontario is filled with fabulous kayak opportunities.The Madawaska River, near Renfrew Ontario is a wonderful, natural, lineal recreation center. This video takes you on part of my routine jaunts, wherein I don't intend to set any records, but just keep my skills honed. I may not have an Olympian's skills, but my self-taught paddle techniques make me feel pretty comfortable, so I just spend a short time practising. Often.
