I say, unless you lack in all 3 areas at the same time: looks, personality and money/status, you have a chance. But if you are too unatractive, too poor or have too bad of a personality, other traits will not save you forever.
There has to be a minimum requirement for all three categories and its essential to meet those requirements for a relationship to occur.
