Self charging glaive (WARFRAME)

Heavy attack Glaive prime build that can reach 12x combo in one throw. I use 2 dexterity arcanes on my guns so that I can counter the negative combo duration from true punishment. It's not practical since 2 mod slots are wasted on building combo and it's a huge waste of time to wait for the combo to build up. This build is worse than just modding for initial combo which can be detonated multiple times at a faster rate for better dps.

While two mods would be used up, there are frames that drastically benefit from the quick charging of melee combo counter. Two examples that come to mind are the Excalibur and Valkyr where you can use that combo counter to boost the gladiator mods' critical chance given to the exalted weapons, use it as a pseudo stat stick.
You can also potentially use it alongside with gara so that you can build the combo counter for the shattered lash quickly as one gara builds up her damage, everything gets one shot when you get close so you oftentimes are unable to rebuild the combo counter easily, though two mods might affect and drop the overall DPS, but could be a reasonable exchange for some folks.

Tried this exact thing when i first saw that mod gathering dust, and its really neat, though I used one extra slot to add bounces to it xD

WHat did you use to edit this video? I try to edit some videos with the microsoft sotre editor but makes my 60 fps video go into 30fps for some reason

I dont really see the point in using it this way, my setup right now can do what the 12x charge did but on every throw
