This is so true, and so often neglected. It defined so much about how a company will grow, who will want to work there, and how you can have good retention of people long term.

Thanks for putting this across. The table shuffling bit is unique, and I can imagine how that would improve productivity and reduce workplace politics. However, is it still implemented at Hubspot? Given the scale, you're at right now.
