This is so unironically unnerving for me. I have my own problems with putting my self in a persons shoes if you can believe that, and looking at the image while listening…I am terrified because I’m trying to think through Sunny’s eyes, even if he isn’t real. The thought of at all having the ghost of somebody I killed, without at all trying to, do this…I’d be petrified…locked on them like the image, not even able to notice the singing.

Edit: forgot to mention the singing is top notch though…which is also unfortunately playing into the fear in me 🥲

I love this, honestly. When i hear this, i imagine a scene where sunny wakes up in the middle of the night from a nightmare. As he sits in the dark, feeling his guilt weight him down, a shade or remnant of mari serenades him to sleep and gives him a small comfort. Just appearing from beyond the grave, not as an angry spirit, but as a spirit that knows he made a mistake and still loves him unconditionally.

I clicked as soon as I saw the image because it's based on an already terrifying drawing of a woman sitting down while looking straight across the hall, like if it was looking at the viewer.
