In the clip I discuss why I left clinical medicine and how I used my many years of experience in the field to create a new organization that addressed healthcare in a different way. My team and I focused on patient experience and patient satisfaction when creating and building e7 Health. I am so proud of what we have been able to accomplish. As an employee when you have ideas it is very hard to almost impossible to have them implemented into a major corporation. It took a tremendous amount of courage and conviction for Dr. Baktari to leave clinical medicine to start his own health care company. The great success e7 Health shows he was correct.

I think there is more deep things couldn't this video in just 4 minutes convey it .. it's not only about information or ideas there is many more things in the business side must know it before you decide to left clinical medicine like you need to have a crude experience in marketing or how to target your customers and sending a positive message about your company ..
