Vehicles are far too expensive now, compared to the wages that people earn.

Interest is high
Prices are high
And the quality is crap!
I won’t buy anything later than 2015. .

I have two cars, one is 15 years old and the newer one is over 10. I refuse to buy another car at these grossly inflated prices. I keep on fixing the small minor stuff and keep them running. Guess what, modern cars are reliable and as long as I keep them in good maintenance, I can drive them almost forever. Screw the greedy car companies.

I was in the market for a Mustang GT. Found one that fit the bill and made an offer for 33k. Dealer had it listed at 36k and wouldn’t even negotiate. Fast forward, one month later, they still have it and dropped the price to 33.5k. If I went in now I would offer 31k. They say the first offer is usually the best one. I was pre approved, 10k down, and a serious buyer at the time. Sucker dealerships
