I had a flight cage with several beautiful keets in it. I loved observing them. They had relationships with each other, some were pairs. All had different personalities. One day I was sitting at a table and the cage was lined up with it, rather close to it. I was upset about something and was crying. I looked up to see every one of the keets leaning forward on a perch, straining to watch me. To the point it looked like they might fall forward off the perch. They’d gone completely silent and all were looking concerned. I’ll never forget that. Normally they’re so animated, talkative and busy. They knew something was wrong but it surprised me that they’d stop what they were doing to pay so much attention to me.

I love that you still play old footage as Cookie will always be my favourite and it's still good to see Biscuit- the daddy of most of your flock. They look lovely and Sunny and Snowflake look particularly handsome in this vid.

Thankyou, my little English Budgie Geoffrey seems to be happy. I was worried, as he tends tto be on quiet side..but he chirps when I read to him, and he loves certain movies. As a little scared aviary bird...he had just blooomed xx I am happy to see that I seem to be doing the right things xxx He will sit on my hand when he wants, and has free in and out of his home, also when he wants. Thanks x he does the grinding sound, and the chatter singing xx he has a fave trill sound, and I leave the TV on for him when I am at work, he also likes when I play my violin...he may think I am not that great lol xxx

My budgies were fluffed up when i came home. I tried giving them treats to know whether they are sick or not. They ate well and still stayed the same. Then i played their favourite song and they started to sings. It seems budgies get angry on you . also they feel bored without music😂😂😂

I heard a weird sound when my family was bird-sitting some budgies, I was scritching a budgie that was fine with it and was like “are all of them this friendly?” I tried scritching another and heard what sounded like an angry duck noise that got slightly louder each time it was made, I’m pretty sure that was the budgie’s way of saying “Stop” so I didn’t touch the budgie after I heard that sound
