Very correct.


Companies like tcs cts etc who are insisting to work from office. Their employees must come to office by 9am and must leave 6pm whatever reason. As soon as employees leave office gate they must switch off phones. If companies are arguing on availability after office hours employees must tell them their wife husband father mother kids expect employees at home in evening. If employees dont report home then their husband wives are gonna file for divorce. Similarly employees father mother are gonna kick them out from will.

Companies are asking employees to come to office because may be government is asking employees to be in the office, so that government can generate employment and GST income in the IT area by selling food, House, vehicles, taxis, auto rickshaws etc.

Believe me, my teammates were taking advantage of WFH as my company doesn't track activity on laptop, they used to not login for days..especially less experienced ones...they were not taking any responsibility and used to cite power, wifi issues on critical days....these scumbags are at fault not companies...because of them honest employees are suffering.

In maximum cases you are working with a person or team, who is located at some remote place, even in different continent. The customers are from completely another economy and continent, so they are also at remote. So only to satisfy the company's ego and illogical decorum it is unnecessarily creating pressure for WFO. If the productivity is of less priority than visibility, then WFO is a natural thing.
So come to office and work as a remote employee together. :)

don't receive managers call after working hours

Uninstall all the meeting apps from the phone.
I saw people after working hours lage pade he 4 - 5 hrs like deal with very critical issue 😅ye company ka headache he
This is not employees business to work extra.

All the things always two way straight.
