If these documents are declassified then anyone can go to the National Archives and access to them because it is now public domain. Also what kind of negotiations took place in June, it seems that the Department of Justice was really patient and gave him a lot of opportunity to make this right ... in my mind documents were taken and they should be returned period immediately.
