Barre and Floor Work have been combined to make the most of a good warm up, relieving joints and strengthening core, pelvis and legs. Barre and Floor work is a mixture of postural exercises and the basic ballet steps you find a in a classical ballet barre.

Love this workout, as I do all of your videos. I do prefer that ones where the beat of the music is related to the movements you make. It's easier to follow when the music and moves are wedded. Thanks again! :)

I have loved all your barre and core workouts! Also love the way you make it fun. You seem like a genuinely nice and sweet person . Much appreciate it! Will you do any "what you eat in a day videos?" As we all know to have a great body you also have to eat right. What do you eat? How much etc.

Hey, Alessia! You are amazing! I.m really grateful for these videos. I was wondering if you could show us some exercises for the inner thighs. I was really slim a couple of years ago, I did a lot of ashtanga yoga, but for some reason (maybe cause I turned 30???) my hips grew big and somehow a have too much loose skin. I started doing Callanetics as well, so this helps a bit, but I have always wanted to do ballet based work outs for elongation purposes (I'm short as well). And if it's not too much to ask, would you please, if you have the time, explain in your future videos how to initiate the movement and how to achieve the right alignment. I have an arched lower-mid back and I when look in the mirror while doing the exercises I don't quite look as straight as you. And last question - do you give private lessons in London?
