she just get outclassed by other dps characters..

not sure if this is unrelated but I personally find her e mechanic rly fun to use bc of the mobility and the stamina it can save you to like dash back to the ennemy after dodging

really informational video, but I was suprised that there was no mention of her abnormally high charge atk multipliers, which I think is her best combo rather than NA dash cancels.

Thanks for the guide! I have a few questions, tough:

1) Are you sure that Blizzard Strayer is the BiS for a hybrid comp with Fischl and Xinqiu? At least when I play it, Fischl is constantly removing the Freeze status from enemies. (I have a c6 Fischl, so there is that.) I'm not convinced that the crit rate gain would be consistent enough to justify using it instead of 4-piece Gladiator, or a 2-piece Glad + 2-piece Bloodstained... (And with rumors of a new Physical set coming with 1.5, Blizzard looks even less appealing.) Have you recommended Blizzard Strayer after running all calculations and concluding that, even with consistency issues, the crit rate it provides is still more beneficial than Gladiator/Bloodstained? Or is this only a "first impressions" video without careful calculations?

2) Any particular reason why Anemo characters were not mentioned on the perma-freeze team recommendations? Considering how easy it is to get the cryo res debuff consistently, (especially when compared to melt/vaporize comps) they seem like a great pick.

3) Regarding 16:00 ... Doesn't Diluc often end up shattering frozen enemies instead of melting them? Or did Mihoyo patch that at some point? If they didn't, I think there is a chance that going for a freeze>melt comp would end up reducing Diluc's overall DPS when compared to a standard vaporize comp, due to consistency issues. (Freeze>melt comps work great with Hu Tao, though.)
