People say that they mained Rosaria and she carried. I mained her at AR45 and she carried my account after that. very high damage and crit rate, super forgiving on the artifacts. She does more damage than my Raiden with worse artifacts just because of Blizzard strayer set. She is good to take to Boss fights where you get very short intervals to deal damage like Childe. Amazing 4*. S tier imo.
