Roman for you to compare a Toyota Tundra to a Ram 1500 is such an anathema, everyone knows the Tundra will roll hundreds of thousands of miles with little to no mechanical breakdowns, while if and a big if the Ram sees a hundred thousand miles will also be seeing the dealer's service center how many times for repairs! As well the Tundra's resale value will be triple of that of any truck in the industry. Toyota Tundra the only True American truck built in America (not in Mexico like GM, Ford, Dodge) but by Proud Texans in San Antonio, Texas!

I love my 2014 tundra, they should’ve saved money on the pyramid on the hood of the 2019 models and put a diff lock on it. Bring back the rock warrior wheels too, the “outdated” tundra works for me, not too many fancy technology where more would cause it to break down and decrease reliability. Just needs a locker that’s it, oh and another factory 17” wheel option.

You two guys and the rest of the TFL Crew are champs, while all the other city slicked in their suits journalist went in for cover you two embraced the elements to bring us a Real World review of what makes having a truck fun. (wish I had one) Like the Mailman, rain or shine or snow you all are ready to go. Even though I like the Voodoo Blue on the TRD Pros and their well known reliability and resale value (as stated in another TFLnow show today), I think if I had 55-60k for a truck it would be the RAM Rebel, Silverado LT Trail Boss or for 10k less the Colorado ZR2 with a gas motor. I know that is 3 trucks, but I would have to test drive the full sized trucks and usually they get better discounts.

I agree that Toyota needs to drop a true locking differential. I had the 17’ in Cement color and absolutely loved it. But I needed more creature comforts. I mean, locking and unlocking my tailgate manually is so 90’s. The only reason I sold my 17’ was because dealers were slapping up to 15k in market adjustments, so, someone offered me what I paid for mine. Otherwise it would still be sitting in my driveway. Best suspension of any truck. 👍

Hey Roman enjoyed all the truck videos, glad you guys stayed out in the wet Texas cold fronts that blow into our state. A lot of times they will turn into windy wet ice storms and driving becomes very difficult in the hill country. That would have been a very interesting truck video . I was just curious how this 40 degree wet cold Texas day compares to the Boulder area 40 degree wet cold days since we are so far apart with different altitude . Really enjoyed all the truck videos, good job Andre on driving all these new trucks, man you have a good

TFL going above and beyond for the viewers! Weather looks miserable. The truck looks great, aesthetically and mechanically.

I got a feeling that Toyota is going to surprise all of us with all the goodies that we're all complaining about not having. Plus is probably going to up the towing capacity and have a real hood scoop.

Playing in the Mud— Hmmm. Seriously, You guys are great!!! Love your objective truck coverage! I have both a 2018 Tundra Platinum trim level and a 2016 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Rubicon. I appreciate your thoughts and insights regarding the truck and Jeep segments.

Always in these videos the focus on tires and shocks.... buy the truck you like and put on whatever tires and shocks you want!

Andre drives in the same seating position as in the tacoma🤷🏻‍♂️. Even though the Tundra is huge inside and has a telescoping steering wheel

I've very curious why Tundra does not have rear diff lock where both 4Runner and Tacoma has rear diff lock.
Yes Tundra is a million mile truck, but can Fox shocks survive high miles?

Toyota needs release a Diesel to the States !

If Toyota won't put lockers in the Tundra they could at least give it crawl control. Crawl control is basically different program logic for the traction control system they already use. I don't know if there are any hardware differences.

Needs another scoop on top of the scoop. And a roof scoop with matching smurf blue wheels wouldn't hurt things neither.

Ok Roman, we get it, you don’t like the hood scoop. You mention it in every Tundra and Tacoma video. It’s an aesthetic feature of the truck, nothing more. Keep the videos coming.👍

Fake hood scoops are a bane on the existence of the automotive design industry.

Cant get those leather seats heated, nor can you get dual climate control. For $51k that’s kinda disappointing.
