Something to consider for the next model:
1)USB C powered. I can see from another answer elsewhere that the tech isn't quite there for them to be powered via USB C only, but it would have been nice to at least charge them via USB C so you can prolong their battery life when on the road for a while.
2)Support of a high quality bluetooth codec like Aptx Adaptive, LHDC or LDAC

If you include the above to its current features I believe these speakers can really be the main, only pair of high end speakers for a lot of people. Ones that can be used in almost every scenario, so not only for travelling, studio work, a get together with friends but also as permanent office desktop speakers or as a small city space setup in a living room for movies and music.

Is the transmitting dongle also battery powered or does it need to be plugged in to work?

Is the X02 USB class compliant as an audio interface, or do I need extra drivers to send audio to it through the usb connection?

Two questions: 1) Does XO2 itself require battery / charging if it is being connected to the AUX out (via 3.5 mm jack) of an audio interface? 2) Can the speakers both remain plugged into the electric wall socket in case they are being used more traditionally (on a desk rather than outdoors) so they would never run out of battery, or would that ruin them (if they're plugged into the wall 24/7)? Would be nice if they could be charged via USB. Even if I like the concept of wireless speakers the charger is a con for me. Is there a possibility for a adapter from a USB C Cabel/Charger to the power input you have build into the speakers?
