In my Soulwinning journey, my church went to Asheville, NC to go soulwinning with a brother in Christ who lives there. I came across Andrew Sluder by coincidence. I didn't know much about him or what he believes so I attempted to interview him which he attempted to turn into a debate. He was very angry with me. Not sure why.

If there wasn't eternal security in the Old Testament then salvation would have been by works. He's going to have a tough time proving that when Romans 4 makes it clear that it was never by works.

If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would RAISE UP Christ to sit on his throne;
He seeing this before SPAKE OF THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
Acts 2:29-32

Wow this Sluder guy... :-/
He was trying to trick you up.
Jesus told the disciples to BELIEVE IN ME in the present term. How could they believe on the death and resurrection part until that was the gospel AFTER that happened? John 3:15-18 KJV applied even before Jesus was crucified.

I just accept the bible as it is.
Dispensationalism is madness.

Sluder: "When were the disciples saved"?

John 2: 11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

The disciples mentioned in John 1 are Peter, Andrew, Nathanael, and Philip.

So I think that's when they were saved, the moment they believed on him in John 2:11. Sluder seems to think they were walking around unsaved for 3 years with Jesus until he was resurrected.

Wow good timing on this video.
Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Hebrews says Abraham believed that he’d RAISE ISAAC FROM THE DEAD, you false prophet!!! There’s your resurrection.

I strongly think U shouldnt be blessing him, he preaches another gospels.
"Let him be accursed" is opposite of blessing and there are words: 2 John 1:11
“For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”
I dont wanna be partaker of sin of preaching another gospels.

I would like for Andrew to explain how God´s wrath is (present tense after the cross) revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men (Rom. 1:18) and how, after Paul listed several sins, he wrote "because of these things the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience" if God is not imputing sins to anyone in the world. He might want to rethink his definition of "the world." Could it be that Paul used the word "kosmos" to indicate that the redemptive work of Christ was for people of every nation and not merely for members of the covenant nation of Israel?

Acts 10:43. To him give all the profits (Genesis through Revelation) witness, through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

Hebrews 11
17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten [son],

18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:

19 Accounting that God [was] able to raise [him] up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

I wonder if Mr. Sluder thinks Abraham understood the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. rev 14:6, 7
So much for everlasting. By their method of rightly dividing, the "everlasting gospel" only will last for 1 hour.

1 Peter 1:23King James Version (KJV)

23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

The NIV is a corruptible seed Sluder. Just like how an unsaved person can't get anyone saved, neither can a man made book like the NIV get someone saved because it's not the word of God! How in the world is that works??

Gen 15:4 📝 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.
Gen 15:5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
Gen 15:6 📝 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Salvation has always been by GRACE and not of works.
Romans 11:6  And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

Abraham BELIEVED God - the promise of God.
Romans 4:2-3 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Righteousness is IMPUTED by God even in the Old Testament - based on GRACE, NOT works!
Romans 4:6-7 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,  Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
