Does PRP promote healing for patellar tendinitis?

I suspect I may be suffering from this condition given that multiple orthopedics have yet to diagnose me. I’ve had several X-Rays, MRI’s and MRI’s with contrast. I have also had an arthrogram. Which have all revealed no major incidents.

I’m a 23 year old male with no previous health conditions.

The only treatment orthopedics have recommended is cortisone and exploratory surgery. I understand the dangers and long-term effects of cortisone. Especially on a near perfect healthy young adult. I’ve explained to these health professionals I do not want (Sponge Bob) knees.
