Machining Aluminium on the Millennium Mill (6mm single flute end mill)

Hi Guys

today I started dialling in my feeds and speeds on the Millennium Mill with the 6mm single flute cutter from Dreanique (My go to Aliexpress tooling supplier!)

Settings used:

6mm Single flute end mill
3D Adaptive
24k RPM
1000 mm/min
5mm Depth of cut
0.6mm Stepover
No Coolant

Result:
This mill and end mill combination can be pushed harder. No issues with gumming of the tool and some decent chip formation. This setup achieved the best results I've got so far with this end mill in terms of speeds and feeds

Makes my X-Carve look like a giant flimsy spring.

If you use a shorter flute length you could do even faster feed rates without chatter

why the hell would you spend so much money improving the machines rigidity yet mount the motor with plastic? lol

are you aware of anyone making or selling C rail end plates that accept a larger lead screw? i like the linear rail conversion over the shitty openbuilds wheels but i think the leadscrew openbuilds uses is too thin....looks like the milenium mill hasnt modified that yet no? i would love to buy a linear rail kit that takes a larger lead screw....also, is anyone selling kits with these specs in the event kits with larger lead screws are not available?
