Services during the 18 month journey | Harley-Davidson Pan America | South & North America 2022/2023

Over 18 months, we covered 99,000 kilometers on a Harley-Davidson Pan America, taking routes that pushed every part of the bike to its limits. To keep the motorcycle in the best possible shape, we performed 11 scheduled maintenance checks. Each included an oil change, Airbox cleaning, and chain cleaning and tensioning. The pre-air filter was also cleaned or replaced every time.
During our journey, we also made the following replacements:
- 3 spark plug changes
- 4 front brake pad changes
- 3 rear brake pad changes
- 5 small sprocket changes
- 2 large sprocket changes
- 4 chain replacements
- 6 sprocket isolator changes
- 3 brake fluid changes
- 2 coolant changes
