Beautifully presented Nicola. I too followed some false light at the beginning of my journey. The longer I followed it the more it switched my Higher Self knowing on, so I bless the false light for serving its purpose. I now fully follow my own guidance, which is bang on point. I have a good 2 week pre event notice for the madness going on in the 3d matrix that just switches on inside, and over time I have learnt its never ever wrong. I fully trust my Higher Self, and know my guidance is coming from within.
As for the attachment part, I physically watched mine leave, it was my weird Saturday I had a few weekends ago. A whole big story that one is, lol.

This realm has been suppressed for eons . The Dark aspects of other star races have suppressed this grid system for many many lifetimes. Can you pls explain more about this Nicola or can you guide me to where I can hear or read more about this . I’ve been hearing a bit here and there but nothing really rang very true . I’m also a firm believer in the fact that in the end, even the dark serves the light . But, now I think it’s time to remove the final veil and learn more about what the reality is . I can’t sit only in love and light … perhaps that’s denial . I need to know and then still be in / go back to love and light. I’ve always thought it didn’t concern me but apparently now it does because I’m getting bits and pieces of info from everywhere, all of a sudden.
I’m also not very sure of the false light part… it’s all a bit confusing, rt now . I’m sure I have no attachments etc . I feel a bit like I’m back to square one but at a higher level, if that makes any sense 🤷‍♀️.
