I thought this "leak" was BS when it first dropped, but now I'm not so sure. It has the PT door in it (with the green light above) plus the shadowy figure that appears when the light flashes looks similar to what you can see in Sophia Lillis's eye reflection at the end of the new trailer.

Omg. Hear me out.

Konami basically aped this idea with Silent Hill Ascension like Metal Gear Survive did with Death Stranding. Someone at Konami was close enough to hear Kojimas ideas for future games and tried to copy them after he left.

"For the Players and Screamers". That tagline is close enough to "Streamers".
Streamers play the game and players join in via cloud on their phones.
It takes the whole community to solve the puzzle/play the game, which is exactly what Kojima did with P.T.
The Open Door (OD) is a portal to all kinds of other worlds dreamed up by Kojimas collaborators like Jordan Peele or Guillermo Del Toro.
Just like Silent Hills (plural) may have been.

The new trailer uses the quick brown fox panagram. Why?
Is using all the letters of the alphabet in one sentence supposed to represent completion or collaboration?
Is it a 26 player game?
Also Kojima Productions old logo was a brown fox.

people who take this gameplay at the face value doesn't understand proof of concept or demo. it's not the actual game, they literally used different known game asset to show what the gist of the game will look like. this particular actress wasn't listed in the actual game

i think this might be real because Margaret Qualley and also kojima said his next game would be like a whole "new medium" and this looks like a telltale/quantum game which isnt a new medium but like everyone gets what i mean

Real or not, this makes sense:

There is a fear meter.

The point is to get through the level without overdosing on fear.

Most horror games deal with physical death, such as "gameover" when you get killed.

But in OD, it's unclear if the threat is real or not. It doesn't matter, because fear is the real enemy.
