I really enjoyed this video. I do online school, but back in 2023 I started waking up at 4AM, working out for an hour, studying, and eating high protein, and my confidence sky-rocketed. For all the guys out there, these steps really work. I would suggest adding in Bible Reading and Philosophy in there as well.

Here’s my routine:

5:00 - wake up with my alarm clock. I have it set to the really loud obnoxious alarm sound so it’s more urgent that I won’t wake anyone up

5:10 - head to gym. I go to the gym and work out

6:20 - cold plunge, steam room, hot tub, shower

7:00 - grab smoothie and head to school

7:30 - school starts
