Megatron plans to destroy the Autobots by creating a clone of Optimus Prime to lead them into a deadly trap he has set for them. When Spike is captured by the Decepticons, the Autobots must figure out which Optimus Prime is the real Optimus Prime and save Spike's life. But can they foil Megatron's plan?

Theres something so funny about soundwave, arguably one of the smartest decepticons saying "it's Optimus prime!" After listening to Megatron's plan to clone him, helping him do so and then watching him do it, dude was completely zoned out or something

This was one of the best episodes. It dealt solely with Optimus Prime and in the end prime was revealed by his compassion, one of his most defining traits. Prime in G1 was all about freedom and compassion.

The other Autobots target the one on the right and blow it to bits.

My favorite episode from S2. Love that they included the Mind control helmet with MP-36 Megatron.
